Produce regular reports
- HRphone answers and logs the call using PC equipment located on your premises
- HRphone asks the employee to enter their PIN number, using the telephone keypad and to specify the type of absence and duration (if applicable)
- HRphone logs the call, the type of absence, and the employee's name
- Management reporting can be set up easily from the stored data
